Running Courses

Tri-Hards offer a number of run courses from getting back into running up to 10k and beyond


Qualified Run Leaders

All of our run leaders are qualified through England Athletics and have a DBS. We also aim to have all our leaders attend regular first-aid training.

And one other big thing... All of our run leaders are just like you! Many of them went through the run courses, just like you're about to do, so they know exactly how you're feeling.

Entry Level or Intermediate

Our run courses are aimed at those of any ability. Even if you struggle to jog 100 meters, we'll guide you through a progressive programme with the aim to have you do a 5k Parkrun.

Tri-Hards Ladies/Gents is a non-judgemental group of like-minded people from many different walks of life, backgrounds and experiences. We’ve come together to improve our and the community’s physical and mental well-being through exercise and friendship.
